Program Overview
As the world continues to evolve at a rapid pace, one career seems to only grow in prominence. The demand for client care and customer service representatives has never been higher. The Global Client Care Program focuses heavily on experimental learning classroom techniques to increase student’s capacity in these client care skill sets and increases their ability to demonstrate higher levels of the required attributes needed in order to succeed in this career path.
